Monk Builds - Coming in Mists of Pandaria
WOWMonkBuilds.com is a site that will list different talent builds for monks of World of Warcraft. The talents monks are being worked on in the beta. Like all other classes in Mists of Pandaria Monks will have talent choices every 15 levels. Here is currently what the talent selection screen looks like for monks:

As you can see they are still working to finish off the talents but it looks close to completion. Each row of talents will offer similar talents, for instance the first row deals with how roll works, the first makes roll cost no energy, the second increases the distance a roll takes you and the third gives you a momement speed buff when you use roll that stacks up to 3 times.. What talent is best may depend on what boss fight you are doing, what tree you are playing and so forth. In this case I would say Intuition would be the best talent for most fights as rolling would not take away from energy so the energy can go to generating more chi for increased DPS or Healing. Also if your energy is already low due to your rotation you can still use roll. Where increased manuverability becomes an issue in a fight you may want to use another one of the roll talents.
The races that will be able to play monks are:
Pandaren, Dwarf, Human, Draenei, Gnome, Night Elf, Blood Elf, Orc, Tauren, Troll and Forsaken
The monk class is deeply rooted in martial arts and use weapons such as staves, fist weapons, one-handed axes, maces, swords but their true strength lies in their hands and feet. Blizzard had stated that this class is not suppose to have an auto attack but so far in beta it does. Monks unlike death knights start at level one and at level 10 have the opertunity to join a faction(horde or alliance).
Monks will be able to play one of three different roles:
Brewmaster: Tank
Mistweaver: Healer
Windwalker: Melee DPS
Much like druids, monks will can use leather armor and will what to focus on armor with agility or intellect on it.
Monks depend on Energy and Chi Force(combo points) for class-specific moves. Energy is used to use moves for several abilities such as Clobber or Roll. Clobber is a Chi generator it costs energy but will generate a Chi Point that can be used to cast perform other moves like Tiger Palm. Enegy and Chi management we be crucial as to how well a monk is played.
So far this has been a very interesting class to play in the beta.
